B&B is an authorized +5 electrical contractor. This means that when B&B is contracted to do the wiring of your new home, you automatically receive the +5 Protection Plan. The electrical on new homes is typically only covered for one year by by the builder. By utilizing B&B Electric's services, you receive the added comfort of an additional 5 years of warranty coverage on materials and workmanship.

The +5 Homeowners Electrical Protection Plan adds nothing to your construction costs, and requires no administrative or legal procedures. In the unlikely event that a problem should arise during your 5 years of coverage, a B&B employee will fix the problem at no expense to the homeowner, builder, or developer.
