HO-CHUNK CASINO EXPANSION
The Ho-Chunk Nation identified the need to update their existing gaming area, dining area, expand their hotel rooms and a fitness area to better fit their patrons. Not only would this create a better gaming experience but also resonate more pride among the Ho-Chunk Nation. This project took place in Black River Falls, WI, and was an addition/upgrade to an existing building.
OBJECTIVE & RESULTS
The Ho-Chunk Nation recognized their guests were looking for more out of their venue, which lead to the addition of 123 new guest rooms, fitness center, and a renovated dining space. The project also included a 20,000 square foot casino expansion, which doubled the capacity for gaming machines.

Pre-Planning and Construction Schedule
This project was one with many moving parts, that required collaboration with many other contractors. This was especially true with the pieces that came together to build the new guest rooms, because of the number of rooms and intricacy of scheduling to get this done efficiently.
Production in the PreFabrication Shop
To address the electrical needs of the 123 new guest rooms, B&B Electric used our prefabrication shop to make all the new power and lighting boxes for each room. By manufacturing the pieces off site, the installation moved much quicker, which made our time in each room to be significantly reduced. This benefited the overall project by helping it move smoothly and allowing other contractors to get into the room faster.
